Finally plucked from selected clones. This tea is made using rudimentary methods. Bruised on bamboo mats and allowed to oxidize slowly at room temperature till a sweet fruity aroma is emitted. This tea is then lightly rolled and dried. Hand sorted teas. Fruity sweet flavor and peach like aroma.
Liquor color profile: Scintillating dark greenish yellow liquor
Flavor notes: Light yet fragrant with floral and fruity flavor with hints of peach like aroma.
200gm loose leaf tea
2gm = 2 cups (after the 1st brew, refill hot water)

Heat water upto 100°C & rinse your tea pot with hot water. Add tea leaves (2-3 gm) to the pot & pour hot water. Cover the lid & let it brew for 3 minutes. Pour & serve, enjoy your cup of tea.
