Picked from wild tea trees, oxidized in the sun. Only made during the second and Autumn flushes. Hand rolled and hand sorted. Has the aroma of wild flowers and the liquor has a sweetness of wild berries. Similar to wild sunset. However this tea is less oxidized than the wild sunset, hence it's lighter character.
Liquor color profile: Shimmery golden with fiery red liquor
Flavor notes: Non-Astringent but robust flavor with advanced floral notes and pronounced red berry with hint of cacao!
Heat water upto 100°C & rinse your tea pot with hot water. Add tea leaves (2-3 gm) to the pot & pour hot water. Cover the lid & let it brew for 5 minutes. Pour & serve, enjoy your cup of tea.
